Although I like some of Ben's old work (hence Ev) I don't really like this, there is too much going on. Arise is such a beautiful song already.

So darn beautiful. Just.. listen to it.  <3

Okay
This song is better when it's heavier.  A bit too slow I think. Though it's beautiful. Lacey's voice is .. good, as usual, though it's a bit to much vibrato.

Justice and Mercy (Violent Love Version)
I've always loved the slow version of this song. It really expresses all emotions of the song. So perfect. 

Light in Your Eyes
Beautiful vocals, very clam. I really like it.

Dear My Closest Friend
Love that is starts out really clam, and the end kind of explodes.
The lyrics are really sweet. Cute song.

Believe in Dreams
Love this song. Always have.
The guitars, her voice, the lyrics. What's not to love?
This new version, is slower and more harmonic than the old one. Really suits the song.
The end... amazing!!

Overall a very nice album, but there is nothing that really stands out. Sadly. Though I'm definitely buying it.

Flyleafs New Ep: Remember To Live

Flyleaf's New EP will be called "Remember to Live"
and it will feature seven tracks:

I'm loving all these songs, Amy Says has been one of my favorite songs ever, and Ben Moody Remix?
Pretty cool.
(If some of you don't know Been Moody used to play guitar in Evanescence back in 2003.)

The song "How he loves us" was at first gonna be featured in the EP, but the bands label didn't want them to release that song because it was too Christian. They fought for the song and it will be released the day after the Ep comes out.

The EP will be released on  30 November.

I am very excited so far! I love Believe in Dreams, and the acoustic version of Justice and Mercy. So good that they are recording them now so that we'll get some good quality.!

Evanescence

As you already know, the new Ev album has been pushed back. He have not been getting a clear answer why, Amy have just said "Our label have been going through some difficulties" But now it seems like we've been given the answer.

Apparently Wind-Up (their label) is being sold out!
It's being shopped with an asking price of $10 million. Which seems like a steal with names like Evanescence, Seether, Creed and Finger Eleven.

It's probably gonna be bought by Sony, who already owns 49 % of Wind-Up already..
This could be good for Ev, or it could be bad. They could get a Good promotion, but they could be forced to record more "radio- friendly" songs. Which we all now, Amy and they guys won't do! so... we might be looking at a longer delay. :/

Finally ! My Chemical Romances new album is coming soon!
I've been waiting for this album for years!
It was supposed to come out last November but if got pushed back to first Dec/January, Then it got pushed back to April. Then it was all quiet, and now ..!!!
I think the reason for the postponement was that Gerard had some kind of throat problem.
But he's fine now :)
